RatataLabs is an independent software lab building browser-first games and practical web tools. The current flagship is Plokk, a strategic block puzzle with daily challenges, player guides, and quick browser access.
The studio focuses on small products that have a clear job: open a URL, understand the promise, and do something useful within seconds. The goal is practical software that respects the user's time rather than novelty for its own sake.
Every RatataLabs product should have visible ownership, useful supporting pages, privacy-aware defaults, and enough original explanation for a visitor to decide whether the tool is worth trying. The public site exists to make those products easier to discover, understand, and trust.
Who builds RatataLabs
RatataLabs is built and maintained by Janez M., an independent developer based in Slovenia who designs, builds, and supports every app end to end. The same person writes the code, the guides, and the support replies, so the explanations on this site come from first-hand work rather than secondhand summaries.
Each shipped page is meant to have original content, working navigation, clear legal information, and a real person accountable for it. If something is wrong or unclear, the contact page reaches a real inbox that the maintainer reads.
What visitors should expect
