RatataLabs provides browser-first games and practical web applications, including Plokk, HevyDuty AI, SimplBiz, EdImport, and public product information pages. The studio may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services at any time.

3. User Accounts

Some features require authentication through third-party providers such as Google or GitHub. Users are responsible for maintaining account security and for the activity that occurs under their account.

4. User-Generated Content

RatataLabs services may integrate with Google Firebase, Google Gemini, Google Drive, Hevy, eDavki, and other third-party systems. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Certain apps may let users provide API keys or process sensitive files locally. Users are responsible for securing their own API keys and verifying generated outputs before relying on them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided as is and as available. AI-generated content is informational and should not replace professional medical, financial, legal, or tax advice.

9. Limitation of Liability
