This policy covers the RatataLabs studio website at ratatalabs.com, operated by Janez in Slovenia. Contact us at ratatalabs@gmail.com about website privacy.
Plokk and Tria are separate applications. Their account, gameplay, and data practices are described in their own policies. You can find Plokk's privacy policy here. Tria's release information will be published when the game is available.
Browsing the website
You do not need a website account. We do not offer comments, a newsletter signup, or purchases on this studio website. Fonts and game images are served with the site rather than fetched from an external font service.
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Requests can involve technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information, and the time of a request. Security features may use necessary cookies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and its cookie documentation for details about that processing, including international processing.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics stays unloaded until you select Allow analytics. If you agree, it helps us understand page visits and which Play and Microsoft Store links people use. It can process page and event information, browser and device information, and analytics identifiers stored in cookies.
We do not send game saves, scores, account details, or support emails to the site's analytics. Analytics is disabled in development and preview versions of this website. We do not enable advertising consent or load ad scripts at launch.
Google's Analytics data safeguards and privacy policy explain its processing. Analytics retention depends on the property's configuration; contact us if you need further information.
Your choice
We save your selection in your browser's local storage under ratatalabs.analytics-consent.v1 so that we can remember it on future visits. Declining analytics still lets you browse every page and follow the game links.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your selection. Declining after previously agreeing stops further analytics events and clears the site's host-scoped Analytics cookies where the browser permits. It does not erase events already received by Google. Clearing website data in your browser also resets your choice.
The site's analytics choice does not change the separate choices you make inside a game.
Contacting support
If you email the studio, your email address, message, and any attachments are used to respond to your enquiry. Do not include passwords or sensitive account credentials. We keep relevant correspondence for handling the request and related follow-up, and remove it when it is no longer needed, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
Your privacy requests
Contact ratatalabs@gmail.com to ask about personal information associated with this website or a support enquiry, or to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Include enough context for us to identify the request without sending a password. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
External links and future changes
Game links and Microsoft Store links take you to services with their own privacy information. Ads are disabled on this site. Before activating an advertising provider, we will update this policy and add its required consent integration.
